Do you have a store front?

Coastal Yarn Co is an online store only.

Can I pick up my order?

Although we are an online yarn store and not set up for browsing, you most certainly can pick up your order. Coastal Yarn Co is based in Coomera on the Gold Coast so if you live locally, please contact us at sales@coastalyarnco.com.au to arrange a mutually convenient pick up time.

What are your payment options?

We offer Paypal, Visa, Mastercard.

Do you always have stock available?

We always aim to have all items of your order on hand. We do however, insist on completing an order in the same dyelot (unless otherwise instructed) and this can sometimes lead to part or all of your order being delayed. If there is any delay, you will in every circumstance be notified. 

Are your colours accurate?

All monitors display colours differently. If you would like a sample of a particular yarn so that you can check the shade, ply and texture, please visit our contact us page and fill in your details along with the yarn and shade that you would like a sample of.
